The Human Book Value service

Human Book Value™ provides two digital reflection options: the Free Snapshot and the paid Complete Reading. Both use answers you choose to submit to create written reflection by email. The Complete Reading goes deeper across energy, time, relationships, money, freedom, and direction and may include practical priorities to consider over the next 90 days.

The service is for personal reflection and general informational purposes. It is not medical or mental-health care and does not provide legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. No professional-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created.

2

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally able to use or purchase the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing an email address you can access and information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit another person’s personal information unless you have a lawful basis and authority to do so.

3

Free Snapshot

The Free Snapshot is offered without a payment card and generally takes about 2 minutes. It provides a concise reflection and is not the Complete Reading. Availability, format, and delivery timing may change, but any material condition will be shown before you submit.

4

Complete Reading, price, and payment

The Complete Reading is a personalized digital service and generally takes about 8 minutes to complete. The price applicable to your order is the total price shown before you confirm payment. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; Human Book Value does not intentionally collect or store full payment-card details.

If payment fails, is reversed, refunded, or disputed, access or delivery may be paused while the transaction is reviewed.

5

When the paid service begins and how it is delivered

After payment, you receive access to the paid questions. The personalized service begins when you submit those questions or when generation of your written reading starts, whichever happens first. Delivery is made to the email address you provide, so you are responsible for entering it correctly and checking spam, promotions, or junk folders.

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If a delivery problem occurs, use the contact form on the main website so it can be reviewed.

6

Cancellations, refunds, and service problems

Where applicable, you may cancel within 7 days after contracting if the service has not begun and you have not used or benefited from it. Once the paid questions are submitted or personalized generation begins, the digital service has commenced and cancellation may no longer be available, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Remedies may also apply for non-delivery, a verified technical failure, a duplicate or incorrect charge, or a delay exceeding 15 days unless the delay results from force majeure. The Return & Cancellation Policy gives the detailed process. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the website, forms, payment flow, automations, email delivery, or security; attempt to bypass payment or access non-public systems; submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content; or copy, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service or its materials without written permission.

8

Your submissions and automated processing

You retain responsibility for information you submit. You give Human Book Value and its service providers permission to process that information only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and deliver the service. An automated workflow organizes submitted responses to create the written reflection. It does not independently verify your statements or promise a particular outcome.

How personal information is collected, used, shared with processors, retained, and handled is explained in the Privacy Notice.

9

Intellectual property and permitted use

The Human Book Value name, website, question flow, visual design, written materials, and delivery format are owned by or licensed to Human Book Value and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your delivered reading is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may save or print it for yourself, but you may not resell, publish, reproduce at scale, or use it to create a competing product without written permission.

10

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers for forms, automation, payments, hosting, analytics, and email delivery. Their systems may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Human Book Value remains responsible for its own obligations but is not responsible for an external provider’s independent acts beyond the extent required by applicable law.

11

Important limitations

The usefulness of a reflection depends on the information submitted and how you choose to use it. Human Book Value does not promise a specific decision, financial result, relationship outcome, health outcome, or life change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any consumer right or other liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

12

Changes, governing law, and contact

These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page, and material changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia unless mandatory law requires a different forum.
